Hi, I’m Lily
I was a woman that wanted only boys, for the hope that I could dress them in jeans and tees everyday and never have to worry about matching and the various shades of pink. That was until I was blessed behind my imagination 2 years ago with my own lilybean. She has a head full of blonde curls and a cheesy smile that goes perfectly with a ruffled pink dress and large hair-bow. So against my better judgment I started buying her beautiful NEW clothes! That was until I learned a valuable parenting lesson… CONSIGNING. My daughter was growing so fast, I wasn’t getting my value out of the clothes I was buying her. So when a friend told me about a consignment sale I decided to check it out, needless to say I was hooked! As a recent SAHM, my budget was not allowing me to buy the clothes that I wanted for her, but I could find everything I wanted scouring consignment stores and sales at prices I could afford.
I started talking to my friends that didn’t consignment shop/sell and couldn’t believe they were passing up on such a great value. When I asked them WHY?! they simply answered they didn’t have time.
That’s where lilybean’s market comes in.
The internet is available 24/7, you don’t have to juggle your schedule or pay a babysitter so that you can wait in line at the local consignment sale, or scour the local consignment stores on a regular basis looking for deals.
